About the Role

The Account Executive will identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and support long-term client success through consultative selling and strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted markets
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored presentations to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client alignment
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
  • Support onboarding of new clients
  • Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements
  • Track performance metrics and report on sales activities
  • Adapt communication style to diverse client profiles
  • Represent the organization in virtual and in-person settings
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and partners
  • Align sales strategies with company mission and values
  • Contribute to team goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing
