Samsung Austin Semiconductor is hiring an Ecommerce National Account Manager for its mobile experience team in Australia. You will own the overall end-to-end account management for Samsung Australia with our online retail customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned online retail accounts.
- Manage relationships at all levels with key stakeholders.
- Plan the distribution, promotion, and display of all SKUs within your accounts.
- Hold regular forecasting meetings and provide accurate sell-in and sell-out data to the business.
- Understand all facets of your accounts and our share position, building plans to grow share.
- Manage weeks of stock within your assigned accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in telecommunications or retail FMCG.
- Validated experience working with large online marketplaces.
- Knowledge in strategic sales, marketing, and forecasting from previous roles.
- Strength in relationship selling or appropriate industry experience.
- Experience working with complex contracts.
- Ability to engage at C-level across organizations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon is highly desirable.
