Earthjustice is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and environmentally-focused individual to join the Digital Fundraising and Engagement (DFE) team. In this role, you will be a key member of the Communication Department, helping to maintain and grow our digital fundraising program by producing and executing high-quality email and SMS communications to donors and supporters.

What You'll Do

Own coding and sending fundraising and stewardship emails and SMS messages.
QA digital content to ensure fundraising emails, web pages, SMS messages, and other digital communications are accurate and ready to be published.
Help create and manage donation forms.
Contribute to message calendars and content brainstorms on an ongoing basis.
Assist in writing email and SMS copy for fundraising and stewardship messages.
Help implement and monitor email welcome series.
Partner with the Direct Mail team on the implementation of integrated campaigns.
Implement and monitor ongoing A/B tests and assist with other testing efforts.
Analyze email and mobile message performance to identify trends and insights that will lead to future optimization.
Assist in monitoring email list health through deliverability and engagement reporting.
Support the team with other emerging projects as needed.
Track work in Monday.com project management workflows.
Support monitoring of email inboxes in which supporters reply to our digital appeals.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of relevant professional experience.
Fluency with CRMs such as EveryAction, Action Network, or ActionKit.
Email production experience; HTML experience is required.
Fluency in fundraising metrics and evaluation.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to set and manage priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail.

San Francisco, CA and New York, NY: $77,900 - $86,600.
Washington, D.C, Chicago, IL, Seattle, WA, and Los Angeles, CA: $74,100 - $82,300.
Denver, CO and Philadelphia, PA: $70,200 - $78,000.
Miami, FL, Bozeman, MT, and New Orleans, LA: $66,300 - $73,700.
