More Conversions GmbH is hiring an E-Mail Marketing / CRM Account Manager to lead our client engagements with direct-to-consumer brands. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete CRM strategy and execution, from campaign creation to strategic expansion, while leading a small team. This position places you at the heart of growth for some of Germany's fastest-growing D2C companies.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a small team.
- Oversee the complete CRM setup, including Klaviyo, Shopify, postcard, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Create and optimize newsletter campaigns.
- Expand and implement marketing automations.
- Set up and evaluate A/B tests.
- Strategically expand the CRM system.
- Manage customer relationships as an Account Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing e-commerce clients.
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Hands-on experience with newsletter tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Previous work as an Account Manager on the agency side or as a CRM Lead on the client side.
