Who Gives A Crap is looking for an e-Commerce Specialist to be the operational heart of our site. You will curate the on-site journey and ensure every touchpoint is optimized for conversion while maintaining our brand standards, sitting at the intersection of brand merchandising and performance marketing.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end deployment of site content, including major product launches, global promotional campaigns, and day-to-day site maintenance using the Shopify CMS.
- Partner closely with Growth and Retention Marketing teams to build and maintain high-performing landing pages, taking the lead on iterative updates to turn traffic into customers.
- Feed the A/B testing backlog with data-backed hypotheses and be hands-on with testing CTA copy, imagery, and layout changes.
- Ensure all site content is consistent and adheres to brand and regulatory guidelines across all devices, while monitoring key performance metrics like CVR and AOV to identify optimization opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or merchandising.
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable working in Shopify's CMS at high velocity and high accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with an obsessive attention to detail.
