The Ambr Group is hiring an E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead our online sales strategy and execution. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion through digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the e-commerce sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Manage and optimize the online sales funnel and customer journey
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align initiatives
- Identify new market opportunities and growth channels
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Experience leading sales planning and forecasting processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a remote setting

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in or around Manila, Philippines.
