Capital Electric (Cooper Electric Supply, LLC) is hiring an E-commerce Advisor to support the growth of our Lumen platform. Reporting to the directeur e-Commerce, your core mandate is to introduce the platform to new clients and drive adoption among the existing client base in the Greater Montreal region.
What You'll Do
- Present the e-commerce platform and its offerings to clients.
- Train clients on the various Lumen e-commerce solutions.
- Provide progress reports on online sales performance.
- Build, develop, and execute your business plan in collaboration with Lumen services.
- Create and maintain synergy with internal branch teams and Lumen services.
- Perform all other related tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Three (3) years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and ERP systems.
- Understanding of the electrical contractor market.
- Bilingualism (French/English) required to serve our English-speaking clientele.
