Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant to work remotely from Greece. You will leverage your language skills and consulting expertise to engage with Dutch-speaking clients, understand their business challenges, and provide tailored solutions that foster growth and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to understand their business challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Create and present detailed solution proposals highlighting benefits and implementation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions.
- Facilitate training and provide ongoing support to clients after implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with informed insights.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and project details.
- Communicate consistently with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience as a solutions consultant or in a related field, emphasizing client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of solution design and deployment processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Comfort and adaptability to remote work arrangements.

- Relevant certifications in consulting or project management.
