Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Sales Specialist to generate new business and expand existing client relationships in Dutch-speaking markets. You will connect with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our solutions, all while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market through proactive outreach and networking.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and video conference to assess their needs and present our offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads and managing customer relationships in our CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and improve lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales techniques.
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate client schedules and time zones.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Greek is a plus.
- Sales experience in a remote or technology-driven environment is preferred.
