Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Inbound Sales & Administration Representative. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries and managing sales processes. You can perform this role from anywhere within Greece or Bulgaria.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, providing product information and assistance in Dutch.
- Process customer orders and manage sales documentation and administration efficiently.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless processing of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Stay informed about product offerings, services, and market trends to provide excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude to support customers.
- Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining excellent team collaboration.
Nice to Have
- English proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales administration processes.
