Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Inbound Sales & Administration Representative. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries and managing sales processes. You can perform this role from anywhere within Greece or Bulgaria.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, providing product information and assistance in Dutch.
Process customer orders and manage sales documentation and administration efficiently.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless processing of customer requests.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
Stay informed about product offerings, services, and market trends to provide excellent service.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
