Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch Speaking End User Support Specialist to deliver outstanding technical support to Dutch-speaking clients. You will work remotely from Greece in a technology-focused environment, assisting users by addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality support to end users in Dutch through phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Provide user training and guidance on effectively using various applications and systems.
- Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure follow-up with users to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new technological developments to enhance service delivery.
