Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Nederlandstalige Sales Medewerker (Inbound). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing information and processing orders. You'll work remotely from Greece while collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries from potential clients professionally.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to help clients find solutions.
- Assist with processing customer orders and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and broader company objectives.
- Continuously learn about products, market trends, and customer preferences.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Availability to work flexible hours as required by inbound sales operations.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
