Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Finnish Customer Consultant to deliver exceptional support to our Finnish-speaking clientele. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, working from Greece with a fully paid relocation provided. Your focus will be on resolving concerns and enhancing the overall customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues.
- Resolve concerns and provide solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Remain knowledgeable about products and services to offer informed and relevant assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Finnish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- A passion for providing high-quality customer support and helping others.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English.
- Experience in customer service, especially in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer support platforms.
