Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide support for Booking.com customers. You will engage with users entirely in Dutch to handle their travel inquiries and bookings while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in Dutch, providing support for travel inquiries, bookings, and experiences.
- Assist users with account management, booking modifications, and issue resolution.
- Deliver information on destinations, accommodations, and local attractions.
- Handle feedback and escalate issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance service quality.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- A strong background in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital communication tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
- Customer service experience in travel or hospitality.
- A passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
