Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide support for Booking.com. In this role, you will work remotely from Greece, assisting customers with their travel bookings and inquiries in Slovak.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with inquiries related to hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
- Provide detailed information about properties, amenities, and special offers.
- Resolve booking issues and customer complaints effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth booking processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Booking.com policies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple inquiries.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of English.
