Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide remote support for Booking.com. In this role, you will ensure a positive experience for travelers by handling their inquiries and bookings while working from your home in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Connect with customers in Czech to provide top-notch support for their travel inquiries, bookings, and experiences.
- Help travelers navigate the Booking.com platform, ensuring their questions are answered and problems resolved swiftly.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to enhance customer travel experiences.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to keep track of inquiries and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with our dynamic team to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends and offers to provide customers with current information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Czech, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenges gracefully and solve problems effectively.
- Comfort working with technology and online platforms.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A love for travel and helping others.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service.
