Mercier Consultancy is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support Booking.com clients. You'll work remotely from Greece, assisting French-speaking travelers with inquiries, modifications, and issues related to travel and hospitality bookings.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Provide customers with information about accommodation options, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in navigating the Booking.com platform and resolving any technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and address customer needs.
- Keep up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and travel industry trends to deliver accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Knowledge of English and Greek is advantageous.
