Fulfillment IQ is looking for a Manhattan ACTIVE SCALE WMS Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS for our clients. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, translating business needs into technical solutions within a supportive, collaborative culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead Manhattan SCALE WMS implementation and support projects.
- Perform system configuration for Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements, issues, and changes.
- Document requirements and create SOP documents.
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design for application configuration.
- Document all aspects of the system according to internal procedures.
- Coordinate problem solutions with multiple external vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyor systems.
- Facilitate and support functional and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot operational and technical issues within SCALE and its integrations.
- Drive operational efficiency through people, process, and technical improvements.
- Coordinate with Manhattan Associates development and support teams as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on Manhattan SCALE implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles with expertise in warehouse management.
- Complete understanding of inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse operations.
- Expertise in PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS, MHE, New Site rollout, and Automation.
- Good knowledge of implementing and supporting ERP integration with SCALE.
- Ability to provide front-line support and training to warehouse staff.
- Experience troubleshooting Manhattan WMS and LMS applications.
- Extensive hands-on experience supporting Manhattan SCALE WMS in high-volume, multiple warehouse, and multiple building operations.
