Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service professional to provide remote support for Booking.com. You will assist travelers globally with their booking needs, offering recommendations and resolving issues, all from your home in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat in German to assist with booking inquiries, changes, and concerns.
- Provide personalized recommendations for accommodations, travel options, and experiences.
- Resolve issues creatively and efficiently to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Document inquiries and solutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights.
- Stay updated on the latest promotions, destinations, and travel trends to offer informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, engaging attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- A keen interest in travel and the ability to provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Proficiency in customer service software and general computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to cater to an international customer base.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred.
