Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to support Booking.com customers remotely from Greece. You will be the primary point of contact for Croatian-speaking travelers, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, and ensuring a smooth resolution of any issues.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
- Provide detailed information regarding reservation processes, cancellation policies, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with modifications to their bookings.
- Resolve issues and complaints, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on trends in the travel industry and Booking.com offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online booking platforms.
