Huzzle is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through targeted outbound outreach. As a key part of our sales process, you will initiate conversations, understand prospect needs, and book meetings for Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research ideal target accounts within a defined territory or vertical.
- Engage B2B prospects through cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct research and personalize outreach to target accounts and decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying intent.
- Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive to manage and track leads.
- Set up meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Maintain detailed records of activities and regularly report KPIs to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, Cold Calling, or Outbound Messaging.
- Comfortable using CRMs, sales automation tools, and communication platforms.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are required.
Nice to Have
- Ideal industry experience in Tech, IT, SaaS, Marketing, FinTech, Cybersecurity, E-commerce Solutions, or other B2B-focused industries.
