Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to provide high-quality support for clients of a leading financial institution. You'll be the point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, resolving a variety of inquiries remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their bank accounts, financial products, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients about banking services and assist them in navigating online banking platforms.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of banking products and policies to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
