Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide impeccable support for clients in the biotechnology sector. You'll connect remotely from Greece to assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries and technical support.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to biotech products, services, and technical support.
- Provide detailed information about product usage, benefits, and best practices.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive service records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the biotechnology sector to provide relevant support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in biotechnology and the ability to learn quickly about industry products and services.
