RemoteVA PH is looking for a Quoting Specialist to manage commercial kitchen equipment data entry and client quotation processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information and preparing quotes, working directly with our sales team to ensure clients receive timely proposals.
What You'll Do
- Enter kitchen equipment data, specifications, and pricing into our database system.
- Prepare accurate quotes based on specific client requirements.
- Review equipment details to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
- Communicate efficiently with team members and vendors using WhatsApp and email.
- Use AutoQuotes to look up, verify, and update equipment information.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entries.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely quotation delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical product specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple data entries and quotes simultaneously.
- Comfort using WhatsApp, email, and standard database systems.

- Proficiency with AutoQuotes (AQ) is preferred.
