Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Norwegian Speaking Enterprise Client Consultant to act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for our enterprise clients. You will gain an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses to provide personalized solutions and strategic consultations that help them achieve their ambitions.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking enterprise clients, managing their inquiries and service requests.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses to provide personalized and effective solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to develop strategies that align with clients' goals and aspirations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Assist clients in resolving challenges and enhancing their overall experience with our services.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a client relationship management role, particularly with enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of business solutions and consulting practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, emphasizing relationship-building.
- Self-motivated with effective organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
