Deutsche Börse Group is seeking a detail-oriented Dunning/Collections Officer to join the Client Services team within our Market Data Services business in Prague. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete dunning and collection process, ensuring outstanding payments are consistently reviewed and communicated.
What You'll Do
- Manage the dunning and collection process for the Data Services department.
- Clarify and follow up on outstanding payments directly with business-to-business customers.
- Interact daily with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Investigate invoicing issues to ensure timely payment processing.
- Solve complex situations using your own judgment and a proactive approach.
- Propose and help implement process improvements and developments.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or a Customer Service environment, specifically in Accounts Receivables.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
- A solution-oriented, goal-driven, and self-driven approach to daily challenges.
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Great language skills in written and spoken English are required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP R3 or S4/HANA is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in German and/or other European languages is a plus.
