BMW Group is looking for a Sales Apprentice to join the Sales, Remarketing, and Commercial Finance department at BMW Finance. In this apprenticeship, you will play a key role in coordinating between field sales, finance, and remarketing services, contributing to performance analysis and departmental projects.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate between field sales teams, commercial finance, and the remarketing service.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal and dealer network communication materials.
- Monitor commercial campaigns and challenges.
- Analyze monthly dealer performance metrics like penetration rates, finance product mix, and insurance mix.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose action plans.
- Contribute to the preparation of district reviews and COMICO.
- Help implement corrective actions on underperforming dealerships.
- Provide support on compliance-related topics.
- Analyze remarketing reports and monitor performance indicators such as return rate, turnover rate, and average margins.
- Participate in margin optimization projects.
- Monitor monthly financing volumes for inventory by Group.
- Monitor unpaid items and payment incidents.
- Contribute to development projects for Commercial Finance activities and products.
- Prepare presentations for the Executive Committee incorporating commercial results and key actions.
- Build a newsletter compiling key information to relay to dealers across Sales, Marketing, Insurance, and Compliance.
- Annually update internal operating procedures.
- Participate in internal projects to optimize processes and gain efficiency within the department.
- Monitor and control certain internal controls, such as discounted balances.
What We're Looking For
- A commercial and/or financial education at the BAC+3/+5 level.
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and team spirit.
- An organized individual, able to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with IT tools, proficient in PowerPoint and particularly Excel.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
