BMW Group is looking for a Credit Analyst Apprentice to join our Engagements department. You will work under the Head of Credit Analysts, focusing on the detailed study and analysis of credit applications for clients, primarily within the French BMW, MINI, and MOTORRAD dealership network.
What You'll Do
- Study financing requests and prepare comprehensive credit files under French market delegations.
- Control and verify all constituent documents, including financial statements, contracts, and guarantees.
- Utilize the group's credit analysis and rating calculation software.
- Manage client files from the French dealer network across corporate, professional, and individual segments.
- Prepare for and participate in French credit committees by writing reasoned opinions and presenting files.
- Prepare files requiring central delegation and liaise with the Credit Department at headquarters.
- Communicate and explain credit decisions to the sales team.
- Contribute to improving credit risk monitoring processes, tools, and internal regulations.
- Participate in local and international cross-functional projects.
- Perform recurring service tasks such as setting up review schedules, receiving documentation, and monitoring client events.
What We're Looking For
- A BAC+4/+5 (Master's level) financial education.
- Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work with a team spirit while being organized, autonomous, and efficient.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with IT tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Full professional mastery of English.
