Nestlé is looking for an Accounting Sr. Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting LATAM markets with analysis and reconciliation of GL accounts, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Record to Report (R2R) process.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and reconcile GL accounts.
- Prepare reports for the market.
- Conduct monthly WSR meetings with assigned Nestlé companies in Latin America.
- Track pending items and support Nestlé companies in Latin America.
- Ensure accuracy in all mandatory supporting documentation for GLPEC reconciliations (WSR minutes, Balance check, Action Log).
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or current university student in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, with Intermediate Excel being mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate English (oral and written) is desirable.
