THINK POWER SOLUTIONS LLC, a certified Great Place to Work company, seeks a Distribution Lead for Contract Compliance. This senior role provides technical leadership and contractor oversight for large-scale distribution construction projects, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead field oversight for complex distribution construction projects
- Coordinate contractor activities across multiple crews and work locations
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage project execution including cost, schedule, and construction quality
- Resolve technical issues and schedule risks
- Mentor Contract Compliance I and II personnel
- Interface with project managers, contractors, and utility leadership
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years construction management experience OR Associate degree plus 7 years construction management experience OR High school diploma with 9 years utility construction experience including leadership experience
- Valid driver's license
