As an Implementation Specialist at Disperse, now part of OpenSpace, you will ensure the successful delivery and adoption of hybrid AI solutions for large-scale construction projects. You will act as a central coordination point between internal teams and customers, managing implementation, configuring systems to meet business goals, and improving customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Assess customer requirements and translate business needs into effective system configurations.
- Manage and support end-to-end implementation activities to ensure smooth and successful rollouts.
- Customize and configure solutions to align with customer workflows and project goals.
- Oversee implementation timelines and deliverables, coordinate tasks and deadlines for smooth, timely and successful execution, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and high-quality execution.
- Prepare and distribute weekly updates delivery campaigns for customers.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or blockers when needed.
- Stay on top of user access and data protection practices for all our customers.
- Conduct regular project status checks between teams and perform thorough data quality checks.
- Stay up to date with product and process developments to continuously improve implementation quality and best practices.
