Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop a high-performing design team, fostering career growth and optimal performance.
- Establish and uphold design excellence from initial concepts to final product delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, build consensus, and achieve user and business-focused outcomes.
- Define and communicate a clear design vision, presenting it effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in processes, working with leadership to implement improvements.
- Utilize data to inform design decisions at all levels, ensuring evidence-based choices.
Requirements
- Proven design expertise with a strong portfolio showcasing large-scale impact, proficiency in both native apps and web experiences, and exceptional visual design skills.
- Strong strategic and communication abilities, including stakeholder management, compelling presentations, and critical thinking in complex product spaces.
- Demonstrated success in growing and mentoring design teams, fostering motivation, and supporting career development.
- Data-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement for self, team, and products.

- Experience or passion for the restaurant industry and food culture.
- Experience designing dual-sided or marketplace products.

Work Environment & Flexibility
A schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters.
