As the first full-time Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in defining how healthcare professionals interact with intelligent systems, designing interfaces that simplify complex billing workflows while maintaining clarity and control.
What You’ll Do
- Design task management interfaces for assigning and monitoring healthcare claims
- Develop operational tools that improve efficiency for internal service teams
- Build executive-facing dashboards and reporting features with actionable insights
- Create transparent, intuitive workflows for AI agents working alongside humans
- Collaborate with engineers to refine product direction and technical feasibility
- Explore how people and AI can work together effectively within software
- Refine designs rapidly based on direct feedback from billing specialists
What We’re Looking For
- Skill in crafting clear, modern interfaces for users accustomed to legacy systems
- Ability to prototype full user flows, including edge cases in billing logic
- Proven experience in product discovery and user research, especially in B2B or healthcare settings
- Background designing and scaling a design system from the ground up
- Strong organization in Figma with consistent file management
- Genuine interest in transforming outdated industries, particularly healthcare finance
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, or Cursor
- Prior experience in RCM or healthcare billing software
