Allstate NI is hiring a Director, Organizational Talent Advisor to serve as the principal talent advisor to executive leadership. You will partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver forward-thinking talent initiatives that attract, develop, and retain employees, driving performance and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Lead talent strategy development, focusing on the allocation and deployment of human capital to maximize investment and drive superior execution.
- Align HR strategy with key business drivers and enterprise priorities.
- Work across HR to design and deliver innovative talent strategies across all aspects of the employee life cycle.
- Drive accelerated cultural and operational change within HR to become a more collaborative, analytical, and customer-focused function.
- Deliver Allstate’s Talent Management system to the business to attract, develop, motivate, and retain key talent.
- Consult with executive leadership on talent management strategies and lead a high-performing team of talent advisors.
- Lead and develop teams to ensure the OTA function is a high-performing, trusted resource.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 12 years of human capital consulting experience in large organizations.
- Minimum of 10 years of talent management experience.
- Expertise in HR best practices with demonstrated experience building long-term strategies.
- Experience partnering across HR functions to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.
- Extensive experience in change leadership, executive facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (automation, analytics, AI) and their impact on work and organizational design.
Nice to Have
- 4 year Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advanced degree with a human resources emphasis (e.g. MBA, OD, I/O).
Team & Environment
This job has supervisory responsibilities and reports to a VP, Principal Talent Advisor.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $167,500.00 - $229,750.00 annually.
