LifeStance Health is seeking a Director of Operations to serve as a key leader accountable for the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a designated region. You will oversee existing platforms and new acquisitions, providing outstanding leadership to a geographically dispersed team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

What You'll Do

Support a platform of practices by managing field employees and ensuring operational excellence.
Provide outstanding leadership, recruit key hires, and implement training to strengthen service offerings.
Develop a high level of excellence with the administrative and operations staff of supported practices.
Foster a strong culture of teamwork, trust, and accountability through mentoring and coaching.
Ensure patients of supported practices are highly satisfied with their experiences.
Monitor regional KPIs, develop action plans, and manage the regional P&L.
Oversee regional revenue cycle management.
Coordinate monthly meetings and ongoing training for staff.
Troubleshoot and triage potential issues to identify root cause.
Work collaboratively with leadership to contribute to process improvements enhancing the customer and patient experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years of operational management within a healthcare setting.
Knowledge and experience with clinical operations.
Knowledge of clinical information systems such as EMR, MAR, PACS, Registration, OE, CPOE.
Ability to learn new technology and gain proficiency in several EMR/EHRs and implementations using FHIR & API.
Exceptional client engagement skills.
Proven ability to improve business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making.
Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, and experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
