Apollo is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational framework that supports revenue generation, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams while leveraging analytics and technology to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to align on goals and performance metrics
  • Lead the analysis of revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Oversee CRM accuracy and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Develop forecasting models and reporting frameworks for executive review
  • Drive adoption of tools and technologies that improve sales efficiency
  • Manage performance dashboards used by leadership and frontline teams
  • Identify gaps in operational workflows and lead improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving sales, finance, and IT
  • Optimize lead routing, scoring, and handoff processes
  • Lead revenue operations planning and budgeting activities
  • Evaluate the impact of pricing and packaging changes on sales performance
  • Support sales strategy through scenario modeling and pipeline analysis
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and internal controls
  • Guide the integration of new technologies into the revenue tech stack
  • Mentor and develop a team of operations professionals
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs for revenue-facing teams
  • Improve forecasting accuracy through process and tool enhancements
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with department leaders
  • Translate business objectives into operational execution plans
