The Director of Product Marketing for Cash and Home Lending will lead go-to-market strategy and positioning for Wealthfront’s cash and home lending product lines. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, product adoption, and brand differentiation in a competitive financial services landscape.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing Cash and Home Lending products
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to target customer segments
- Partner closely with product management, sales, and design teams to align on product roadmap and launch plans
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation
- Lead customer research and segmentation to guide product marketing strategy
- Create and manage high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, email, and paid channels
- Measure and report on campaign performance and product adoption metrics
- Serve as a key spokesperson and subject matter expert for Cash and Home Lending products in external communications
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer financial products
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience marketing cash management or mortgage/lending products
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and robo-advisory services
- Experience working in a remote-first organization
