As the Transformation Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in advancing the organisation’s strategic change agenda by identifying and driving initiatives that improve service delivery, operational effectiveness, and colleague experience. Your work will focus on leveraging technology-enabled solutions to create lasting value for both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities for transformation across customer and colleague journeys
- Develop robust business cases using data and insight, outlining required resources, costs, and anticipated benefits
- Partner with project managers and enablement specialists to execute initiatives across the transformation portfolio
- Lead change management efforts to support rapid and widespread adoption of new processes and systems
- Monitor and report on realised benefits, adjusting approaches based on performance data and feedback
- Engage with local leadership and operational teams to align change activities with expected outcomes
- Ensure all projects follow established standards for governance, risk, assurance, and compliance
Qualifications and Experience
You bring proven experience in managing transformation or change programmes, particularly those involving technology integration. You are skilled in applying structured delivery and change methodologies in complex, multi-stream environments. Your ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels enables you to build strong working relationships across departments and seniority levels. You have experience coordinating teams or managing activities across multiple initiatives, often in a matrix structure, and are comfortable reporting to governance bodies or senior boards.
While not required, professional certification in programme or portfolio management—such as MoP, MSP, or P3O—is advantageous. Familiarity with the financial services sector and its regulatory landscape will support your effectiveness in shaping relevant and compliant solutions.
Work Environment and Benefits
This role operates under a permanent hybrid model, requiring presence in one of the designated office locations—London Docklands, Cardiff, Manchester, Belfast, Coventry, or Edinburgh—for at least four days per fortnight. You will work 35 hours weekly, with flexibility available for part-time or adjusted schedules.
