digiRocks is seeking a strategic Director of Growth to define and oversee full-funnel client strategies. You will act as a true partner to our most strategic clients, coordinating expert departments to drive high-performance execution directly with management.
What You'll Do
- Define custom full-funnel (acquisition and retention) strategies tailored to each client.
- Coordinate all expert departments—media buying, influence, creation, and CRM—to ensure coherent execution of action plans.
- Act as a partner to strategic clients, managing business reviews and providing impactful recommendations to anticipate growth levers.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac+5 degree.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce management.
- Solid experience in DTC environments, particularly in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Mastery of paid, influencer, CRM, and creative mechanics.
- Comfort with data and the ability to turn it into strategic decisions.
- Experience working in demanding environments, directly with C-level profiles.
