Vic.ai is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing

About the Role

The role leads the development and execution of growth marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, drive product adoption, and increase revenue. This position will build and manage a high-performing team, leverage analytics and experimentation, and collaborate across departments to scale marketing efforts efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead the planning and implementation of digital acquisition campaigns
  • Use data and analytics to identify high-impact growth opportunities
  • Design and manage A/B testing and conversion rate optimization programs
  • Develop scalable customer acquisition models across digital channels
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance user onboarding and activation
  • Optimize customer lifecycle marketing to improve retention and expansion
  • Manage paid media strategies, including search, social, and programmatic advertising
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives tailored to growth objectives
  • Build and lead a team of growth marketing specialists
  • Establish key performance metrics and dashboards for growth initiatives
  • Partner with sales to align messaging and improve lead quality
  • Develop referral and advocacy programs to drive organic growth
  • Evaluate and adopt marketing technologies to improve efficiency
  • Ensure brand consistency across all growth-focused campaigns
  • Manage budget allocation for maximum ROI across channels
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging growth tactics
  • Report regularly on campaign performance and strategic outcomes
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success

Compensation

Hybrid or remote with team hubs in the US
