Vic.ai is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the demand generation function and own the vision for scaling revenue from $10MM to $50MM+. You will be responsible for delivering measurable, integrated marketing programs that target CFO and finance leaders.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the overall demand generation strategy, including lead generation, ABM, online campaigns, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives with a focus on experimentation.
- Implement marketing strategies that support scaling the company from $10MM to $50MM+ in revenue.
- Build and execute campaigns that directly address the needs and pain points of the CFO and finance leaders.
- Leverage AI technologies to scale marketing efforts, optimize performance across channels, and create efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the customer journey.
- Align marketing initiatives with overall company objectives and partner with key internal stakeholders.
- Lead the creation of differentiated campaigns that position us as thought leaders.
- Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring high ROI and strategic allocation of resources.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, growth marketing, and experimentation.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep experience in marketing and selling to the Office of the CFO.
- Proven experience in scaling a company from $10MM to $50MM+ in revenue through strategic marketing efforts.
- Demonstrated success in running Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise or mid-market companies.
- Strong understanding of how AI can be leveraged to optimize marketing performance and scale efforts.
- A keen analytical mindset, using data to inform decisions, drive experimentation, and continually improve results.
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, 6 Sense), and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
