Client company is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to lead its integrated growth engine. You will own the full system, combining paid media, creative, CRO, and influencer strategy to drive efficient new customer acquisition and improve long-term customer value through precise capital allocation and disciplined experimentation.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale paid media, creative process, CRO, and influencer strategy as one integrated growth system.
- Drive efficient customer acquisition by optimizing conversion rate, AOV, profit per visitor, and LTV:CAC.
- Lead creative strategy and experimentation across ads, funnels, and offers to unlock step-change growth.
- Manage and allocate acquisition budgets with precision, consistently prioritizing the highest-ROI opportunities.
- Build and operate a disciplined testing roadmap that compounds performance over time.
- Partner closely with Brand, Data & Analytics, and E-commerce to ensure alignment between growth, creative, and measurement.
- Maintain daily visibility into performance, acting decisively when results deviate from plan.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, paid media, or growth at scale, with a track record of improving efficiency and performance over time.
- Hands-on experience across paid media, CRO, and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of how these channels work together as part of a unified growth system.
- Proven ability to develop, test, and iterate on creative, offers, and funnels, using experimentation to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Deep comfort working with performance data and metrics, paired with intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, adapt, and improve.
- Experience managing meaningful media budgets while balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and customer value.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-expectation environments where priorities evolve and learning speed matters as much as past results.
