Role Overview
As Director of Global Talent Operations, you will be responsible for building and refining the infrastructure that supports a growing, distributed workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage scalable processes for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career progression.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in HR leadership or people operations, preferably within high-growth settings.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated success creating systems that support talent acquisition, development, and retention at scale.
- Experience managing people processes across remote and global teams.
- Strong commitment to employee growth, with a track record of designing effective learning and development initiatives.
