As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will define and execute a comprehensive global hiring strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports scalable growth. You will design and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a consistent, rigorous, and candidate-first experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate company goals into actionable hiring plans across Engineering, Product, Go-To-Market, Operations, and other functional areas worldwide.
- Develop and refine the end-to-end recruiting operating model to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a strong candidate journey.
- Track, analyze, and report on critical talent metrics to guide strategy, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead high-impact searches for critical roles, consistently securing top-tier talent aligned with organizational needs.
- Shape and promote the employer brand to position the company as a destination for elite professionals passionate about innovation.
- Advise senior leaders and hiring managers with data-backed insights, helping them make informed talent decisions.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of accountability, support, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success hiring across multiple disciplines in fast-scaling environments.
- At least 2 years leading and developing in-house recruiting teams, including setting performance benchmarks and coaching for results.
- Proven ability to own hiring outcomes and scale processes in high-pressure, high-expectation settings.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to diagnose issues, test solutions, and improve recruiting effectiveness.
