What You'll Do
Shape the future of talent and people operations as we grow from ~60 to more than 200 employees. You’ll define and lead the execution of a hiring strategy that scales efficiently, ensuring we attract top talent across engineering, product, data, operations, and growth. You’ll manage the talent acquisition team while personally engaging in key and leadership hires.
Design and implement end-to-end recruiting processes enhanced by AI and technology, with measurable KPIs to track effectiveness. You’ll ensure a seamless candidate journey, from outreach to onboarding, while optimizing for speed and quality. Partner with founders and executives to align workforce planning with business goals, and guide organizational design as we expand.
Build scalable people systems—from performance management and career progression to compensation frameworks and feedback mechanisms. Strengthen culture across a distributed team, ensuring collaboration and accountability remain strong. You’ll also oversee HR operations, including documentation, compliance, and the implementation of digital tools that support a global workforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Talent or People roles within fast-scaling organizations
- Proven experience growing teams from under 100 to 200+ employees
- Demonstrated excellence in building and optimizing talent acquisition functions
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Experience designing HR processes and operational infrastructure
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Background in startups or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with remote or multi-country operations, especially in Southeast Asia, is a plus
