The Center for Internet Security, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales for a critical leadership role responsible for driving member acquisition and revenue growth within the U.S. State, Local, Tribal, Territorial (SLTT), and State, Local, and Education (SLED) communities. This position oversees the daily operations of the Enterprise Sales team, develops key growth strategies, and serves as a trusted expert in cybersecurity.
What You'll Do
- Own and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the membership base.
- Partner with members to understand their business needs, objectives, and upcoming trends.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations, and internal training.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach the Enterprise Sales team on best practices and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Research, identify, and implement new opportunities to increase member growth and revenue.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization on various projects to strengthen the sales pipeline and maximize sales promotions.
- Assist with developing annual budgets, commissions, and quotas for the Enterprise Sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience substitution).
- 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience.
- 3+ years selling cybersecurity solutions to SLTT/SLED entities with proven results.
- 3+ years of sales management experience leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring sales teams with proven successful results.
- 3+ years’ experience using Salesforce.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead to closed won.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions with proven ability to meet sales targets in a competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them appropriately.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical concepts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Demonstrated understanding of business practices and fundamental understanding of project management methodology.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with and/or training other colleagues.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: USD$113,000.00 - $197,700.00.
