As a Client Director, you will lead strategic growth initiatives for key enterprise accounts in the Netherlands, focusing on the Industry and Manufacturing sector. Your primary responsibility is to deepen Arista’s presence by guiding clients through digital transformation challenges tied to hybrid cloud infrastructure and fragmented legacy systems. You will act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities where modern networking solutions can reduce operational complexity and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales targets within a defined portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Engage directly with C-suite executives, IT decision-makers, and technical stakeholders to understand business challenges and align them with scalable network solutions.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineering teams to design tailored architectures that lower total cost of ownership and improve network agility.
- Develop and execute account strategies based on ongoing business reviews and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with channel organizations and technology allies to expand market reach.
- Organize and lead demand creation initiatives such as technology forums, lunch-and-learns, and networking events.
- Stay current with evolving technologies, including network automation, edge computing, and cloud telemetry platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with over 10 years of experience in technology sales, specifically within data center, networking, or cloud infrastructure domains.
- Proven success in consultative selling to enterprise clients, with a strong network of industry contacts in the Netherlands.
- Technical fluency in areas such as SDN, routing, switching, network virtualization, or hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
- Must currently reside in the Netherlands; no relocation support is available.
