We're a remote-first tech company in NYC solving some of the biggest challenges in youth sports today. **The Position:** We're hunting for a Director of Advertising to supercharge our strategy with the DICK'S Media Network (DMN). This isn't just a role—it's the critical connective tissue between GameChanger and DMN. You'll drive our advertising product roadmap, craft our sales narrative, and execute go-to-market plans. Reporting directly to our President, you'll be the primary storyteller for our advertising strategy: packaging our inventory, defining how we sell it, and ensuring our brand shines consistently across DMN campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives navigating complexity while delivering tangible results. **What You'll Do:** • **Monetization & Product Strategy** - Define and evolve our ad monetization roadmap by partnering closely with Product, Data, and Engineering. Chart what we build, why it matters, and how it connects to revenue and user experience. • **Native Ad Format Development** - Uncover ad opportunities embedded in our live content and community behaviors. Evaluate trade-offs, validate concepts, and champion native formats that genuinely add value. • **Go-To-Market Leadership** - Lead development of pitch materials and sales narratives in coordination with DMN Sales and Product Marketing. You'll be the primary author of GameChanger's advertising story. • **Brand & Agency Enablement** - Join advertiser conversations, evangelize our value proposition, and partner with DMN Sales to support education and adoption—especially in non-endemic growth areas. • **Cross-Functional Execution** - Drive GameChanger's advertising initiatives by aligning teams, managing handoffs, and resolving ambiguity across stakeholders. • **Friction Removal & Escalation** - Surface and resolve operational blockers across product and sales workflows.
