KIND is seeking a Director, Monitoring and Evaluation to establish and oversee a robust monitoring and evaluation system. This role will play a key part in assessing program effectiveness, ensuring accountability, and generating evidence to guide KIND's strategic direction.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement KIND's comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework and strategy.
Design data collection tools, systems, and processes to accurately track program outputs and outcomes.
Lead the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to assess program impact and effectiveness.
Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and insights for internal stakeholders and funders.
Build capacity among program teams in M&E principles and data utilization for continuous improvement.
Ensure all M&E activities adhere to ethical standards and data protection protocols.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of progressive experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within a non-profit or social impact setting.
Proven expertise in designing and managing complex M&E frameworks and logical models.
Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methodologies and software.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing projects and collaborating across multiple departments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
