KIND is seeking a Director, Monitoring and Evaluation to establish and oversee a robust monitoring and evaluation system. This role will play a key part in assessing program effectiveness, ensuring accountability, and generating evidence to guide KIND's strategic direction.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement KIND's comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework and strategy.
- Design data collection tools, systems, and processes to accurately track program outputs and outcomes.
- Lead the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to assess program impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and insights for internal stakeholders and funders.
- Build capacity among program teams in M&E principles and data utilization for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all M&E activities adhere to ethical standards and data protection protocols.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within a non-profit or social impact setting.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing complex M&E frameworks and logical models.
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methodologies and software.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing projects and collaborating across multiple departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
