Included Health is looking for a Director, Growth Operations to architect and scale the operational systems that fuel our growth. You will define and execute the strategy to acquire and engage users across our integrated healthcare platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the operational framework for growth initiatives, from experimentation to scaling
- Establish key performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track and analyze growth performance
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention funnels
- Build and manage a system for rapid testing and iteration of growth strategies
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align growth operations with business objectives
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in growth, marketing operations, or business operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable operational processes in a high-growth environment
- Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing methodologies, and performance marketing metrics
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Excellent project management and communication skills to drive alignment across multiple teams
