Key Responsibilities:
Own the Demand Engine
- Lead comprehensive demand generation strategy focusing on high-velocity lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
- Drive pipeline growth, directly accountable for 40% of total pipeline and 30% of bookings
- Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, digital display, email, and interactive content
- Manage budget allocation to ensure consistent lead flow and cost efficiency
Campaign & Messaging Strategy
- Collaborate with Product and Content Marketing to craft customer-centric storytelling addressing medical practice challenges
- Position our solution as a modern alternative to traditional services, emphasizing speed, simplicity, and predictable costs
- Continuously test creative concepts, messaging angles, and offers
- Coordinate with paid media consultants and agencies
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Track and optimize full-funnel metrics to ensure strong conversion rates and ROI
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales for smooth handoffs and accurate reporting
- Forecast and report on funnel performance and company goal contributions
- Identify and resolve buyer journey bottlenecks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Sales Leadership on lead quality and follow-up processes
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to incorporate customer insights
- Collaborate with creative teams to evolve messaging and visual strategies
- Work remotely with flexible, asynchronous communication
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
- Proven success managing high-volume, fast-moving funnels
- Strong analytical skills translating data into marketing decisions
- Deep digital advertising and campaign management expertise
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
